In addition to his pivotal role at TechSource Systems, Mr. Lo co-founded i-Math Pte Ltd, a company dedicated to the distribution of high-end didactic and complex analysis software tools.

Romeo Cabading is a Senior Application Engineer at TechSource Systems with over 15 years of experience in embedded systems and microprocessor-based product development. His expertise spans automotive engine control, electric vehicle (EV) system integration, and battery management systems (BMS). Romeo specializes in verification and validation (V&V) using MATLAB and Simulink, supporting accurate modeling, simulation, and testing of complex systems. He has worked closely with engineering teams to streamline the development of control systems and ensure reliability from design to deployment. Romeo is passionate about applying Model-Based Design to advance innovation in the automotive and electrification industries.

Francis Gabriel Rivera is a Senior Application Engineer at TechSource Systems, supporting the adoption of Model-Based Design using MATLAB and Simulink for energy systems and electrification projects. With a strong background in the semiconductor industry, including roles at Analog Devices and NI, Francis brings hands-on expertise in data analytics, yield improvement, and process optimization. He has worked with tools like Optimal+ to drive smarter decision-making in production environments. Passionate about accelerating digital transformation, Francis helps engineers design, simulate, and validate systems such as EV powertrains, battery models, and energy management solutions with greater efficiency and confidence.

Gerald Reymari Cagayan is an Application Engineer at TechSource Systems, specializing in AI, data science, and electro-optical systems. With over five years of experience supporting industries across Southeast Asia, Gerald helps engineering teams enhance automation and quality control by integrating AI and data-driven approaches into real-world systems. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Taiwan, where he developed a nano-level detection system using lab-on-a-chip technology.
